The only "new" character I see them adding to the game is that grey haired guy vampire guy with the sword you see in the opening of Remake, but even then I wouldn't be surprised if that's just Roa's new redesign.
I mean for starters, the only reason a bunch of characters in the original Melty could even fight (Hisui, Kohaku, Miyako, etc.) was because of Wallachia's influence. Nasu has the habit of disconfirming characters if it doesn't fit the narrative (like how he ruled out Akiha and Shiki from being possible Servants in FGO since the Shiki and Akiha of the FGO timeline wouldn't be the same characters from the Tsukihime one).
